The Reporting System
The SOL Group’s first Sustainability Statement, prepared in accordance with Legislative Decree 125/24, was approved by the Board of Directors of SOL S.p.A. on 27 March 2025. For the first time, sustainability information became an integral part of the Management Report, as required by Legislative Decree 125/24, which transposes the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) into Italian law.
The consolidated Sustainability Statement is available alongside previous editions of the Sustainability Report.
