Our History
Founded in 1927, the SOL Group has grown steadily through a strategy of international expansion and diversification into home healthcare.
The SOL Group was founded in 1927 by Giovanni Annoni and Aldo Fumagalli, two entrepreneurs from Monza, with the aim of establishing two oxygen and acetylene production plants, one in Livorno and the other in Ancona. The Company’s early years were challenging, but they also helped shape its character, built on foresight and prudence.
