The Reporting System
The first Sustainability Report (formerly Legislative Decree 125/24) of the SOL Group was approved by the Board of Directors of SOL Spa on March 27, 2025. For the first time, sustainability information has become an integral part of the Management Report, as required by Legislative Decree 125/24, which transposes the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).
The Consolidated Sustainability Report is available along with previous editions of the Sustainability Report.
