SOL Group announces that it has strengthened its position in South America by establishing a new partnership in Brazil within the respiratory care sector.

The company Vivisol Brasil - entirely directly controlled by SOL S.p.A. - has acquired 70% of the share capital of Oxigenar and Pulmonair, a group with Headquarter in Rio de Janeiro active in the business to consumer (B2C) home respiratory care sector in Brazil.
