SOL Group announces the acquisition, through its subsidiary Airsol S.r.l., of the entire share capital of Nowus Healthcare A/S from its founding shareholders.

The transaction marks a new milestone in the Group's strategic internationalization journey in the homecare sector, in which it operates through the VIVISOL companies.
