The Group continues to strengthen its strategic internationalization path in the home care sector, where it operates through its VIVISOL companies, and  announces that it has strengthened its position in the United Kingdom through a new acquisition in the specialist respiratory care market.

Dolby Healthcare Limited—indirectly wholly owned by SOL S.p.A.—has acquired 100% of the share capital of Remeo Healthcare Limited and Remeo Property Limited (which jointly constitute “Remeo”) from Active Care Group. The Lane Fox Remeo Respiratory Centre is a state-of-the-art 20-bed facility located in Redhill, Surrey, which operates in close partnership with the Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
