SOL Group - a multinational operating in the technical, industrial and medical gases sector and in the home care sector - announces the finalization of three acquisitions in Europe, including 70% of the Italian company Berman s.r.l. (medical equipment), 100% of the German company Freyco (technical gases) and 100% of the Swiss company CSaiR Sàrl (home care).
