SOL Group signs a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of the Italian company Haemopharm Biofluids S.r.l. to strengthen its presence in the pharmaceutical field.
23/12/2025SOL Group announces the signing of a preliminary agreement aimed at the acquisition, through AIRSOL S.r.l., a wholly-owned subsidiary of SOL S.p.A., of the entire capital of the company Haemopharm Biofluids S.r.l., from the controlling company Bellco of the American Group Mozarc Medical. The completion of the transaction is expected in the first months of 2026.
