AIRSOL S.r.l., 100% controlled by SOL S.p.A., and Green Flame Gas Co, belonging to the Kuwaiti well known Al-Qattan Family, have incorporated VIVISOL Kuwait WLL with the aim to develop the homecare business in Kuwait and in some other Gulf States.

After a smooth incorporation process with KIDIPA (Direct Investment Promotion Authority), the new Joint Venture, owned by AIRSOL 51% and Green Flame Gas Co 49%, has opened its head office in Kuwait City. The joint venture has approved a program to recruit professionals from the medical and logistics areas to develop its business plan and start delivering its services in the home respiratory area in the coming months.
