Acquired the share of two Polish companies: "PALLMED" and "MEDSEVEN”

SOL Group announces that today, AIRSOL S.r.l., acquired the 70 % of the Polish companies "PALLMED Sp.Zo.O" and "MEDSEVEN Sp.Zo.O”, at current market prices for similar deals.

PALLMED operates in the area of mechanical ventilation, artificial nutrition and in palliative, psycho-geriatric and rehabilitative care, whilst MEDSEVEN is active in the medical equipment delivery and management.
