SOL Group announces the acquisition, through AIRSOL S.r.l., a wholly owned subsidiary of SOL SpA, of an 80% stake in the software company Aenduo s.r.l., thus assisting the founder, Marcello Pediconi, who holds the remaining 20%, in developing this innovative startup.

Founded in Rome in 2017, Aenduo s.r.l. developed its own digital solutions for the remote management of chronic respiratory patients. It has long co-operated with VIVISOL s.r.l., the SOL Group company specialized in home care. Specifically, Aenduo developed and managed the VIVICHECK software.

In 2024 financial year, Aenduo s.r.l. recorded a turnover of approximately 2.2 million Euros, with a staff of 12 employees .
