The Financial Times listed SOL Group among the European leaders in fighting climate change.
The Financial Times listed for the second year the most successful european’s companies in reducing the greenhouse gasses (GHG) emissions related to their activities. In particular the evaluation has been conducted on Scope1 and Scope2 GHG emissions categories.
Scope 1 and Scope2 emissions come respectively from a company’s own operations and from generating the energy it uses.
The time frame taken into account is about 5 years long, referring to which the reduction percentage in emissions compared revenue for the years 2015-2020 has been calculated.
The Group is honored to be included in the top 400 European companies (15 in Italy) most successful in the fight against climate change, reflecting an unwavering commitment in sustainable development.
