SOL Group invests with CropEnergies in the recovery of biogenic by alcoholic fermentation

SOL Group SOL has signed with CropEnergies an agreement to jointly invest in production facilities for the recovery of biogenic CO2 by alcoholic fermentation at the Belgian subsidiary of CropEnergies in Wanze.

The investment of the two partners, amouting to € 15 million, will be carried out at the site of BioWanze SA, where is located the largest Belgian ethanol production facility from renewable biomass, mostly replacing fossil fuel in transport.
